Instead of simple gunplay, players could inject cybernetic signals into civilians, scientists, or police officers, brainwashing them to follow your squad around as an unquestioning, weaponized meat-shield force.
Emergent Urban Destruction
The game gave players a highly interactive city landscape. Civilians panicked, police responded to visible weapons, and vehicles could be hijacked for mobility or blown up to level whole blocks, paving the way for open-ended, emergent approach paths to tactical missions.
